Package Forwarding

Are there restrictions with package forwarding?

Package forwarding is available to priority members only, and only in the case, the item is not purchasable using our regular service. For example, items that may only be purchased if you own a membership, things that are restricted in quantity, and we've already hit the maximum on all our accounts.

What are the fees for Package Forwarding?

The fees are the same as our regular shopping service, 12% of the value of the products or 12 USD minimum. You would only need this service to purchase limited products, especially outside our office hours. There is no advantage of this otherwise.

Do you offer package forwarding services?

Yes, but this service is only provided to customers with a paid membership. Please refer to our membership page for more details about the membership.

When are the fees charged for forwarding services?

The fees are charged once all your items arrive on the shipping invoice after we've consolidated your package. You may pay up-front if you wish as well.

How are the fees charged for forwarding services?

As we charge the same fee for the forwarding services, we require you to submit all the purchase receipts. This is to ensure that everything arrived correctly and to assess our fee. No fees are charged if the item is second-hand (previously owned by you, for example). However, if the forwarding item is a "Gift" from the vendor, the minimum fee of 12 USD will be charged. This can, however, be voided if you're a frequent customer.
